  I so wish there was another company i could get electric through. I had duke energy for 7 years after having yec for 3 while living in a 1200 square foot house. my bill was so much less i'm talking a third of the cost when i had duke and i had a 2200 square foot home that had 2 story's. for seven years it never got over 150 dollars. Now I have moved again and into a smaller house that is only one story and it is almost 400. Doesn't seem fair i hate yec They are too expensive it is crazy that i'm forced to pay 3 times what i would pay duke for the same electricity. Why don't i get the choice of which company i want to by from. i think i should I don't like being ripped off. And i am being ripped off there is no way i am using more electric i'm so gonna start monitoring my own meter and that sucks that i have to do that but you cant trust them I had to move the last time because of this rip off company and had i have known before i bought this house i would have looked elsewhere for real. i could have escaped the second mortgage that they make off of you
